SAIP confirms its presence at UTECH EUROPE, the most popular European showcase of technological innovation and excellent know-how in the polyurethane world. SAIP invites visitors to discover the competitive advantages of its technological solutions.
The presence of SAIP at UTECH EUROPE has become a tradition event. The show represents an excellent opportunity to meet customers and illustrate our technological solutions together with the projects we’ ve been working on.
We will focus on the implementations of our technologies, such as: CONTITECH, complete lines for the continuous production of insulated panels; DITECH complete lines for the discontinuous production of insulated panels; REFTECH, complete systems and solutions for the foaming of refrigerating cabinets and doors; PIPETECH, foaming systems and solutions for the production of pre-insulated pipes and pipe-joints.
But not only that.
There are few more reasons that will catch visitors’ attention, indeed. As the matter of fact, those who are interested in will be able to avail themselves of the advice of the POZZI-AROSIO experts and discover the peculiarities of our tailor-made polyurethane systems (low-density rigid, expanded rigid, compact rigid, flexible, integral skin and other systems).

ButterflyTM
BUTTERFLYTM , the software platform which, through the detection, recording and processing of data, allows a significant emprovement of the production process performances, in terms of quality, energy efficiency and control.
BUTTERFLYTM meetings will be held by ENLIVE Automation (enliveautomation.com), which is a company of the POZZI INDUSTRIES GROUP, specialized in industrial digital solutions and automation services.
REPUR®
REPUR® is the technology for the design and manufacturing of customized systems that uses recycled powders, deriving from the processing of polyurethane, MDF chipboard and other materials, for the production of panels. The powders are transformed into a workable material through a process that is both chemical and mechanical; the resulting material shows to have remarkable properties and it’s recyclable. The process has zero environmental impact.
