Saip has upgraded its Quality System to the new edition of ISO 9001
Last November, Saip successfully completed the TUV Rheinland certification body's audit aimed at ensuring quality system compliance with the requirements of the new edition of ISO 9001:2015.
The standard requires a new approach with an innovative way of thinking, based on an analysis of the risks associated with carrying out business processes.
The procedure, first of all, involves identifying and analysing elements that can compromise the proper functioning of processes to the point of also making them ineffective, and then it also requires the implementation of a number of preventive measures to make sure that this does not happen.
Saip strongly believes in the value of Quality and in its drive for continuous improvement. With this awareness, Saip, together with a few other companies, started developing its quality system well in advance, so much so that it was completed one year ahead of schedule.
This onerous task involved all business processes, which were thoroughly analysed and reviewed. New ideas were conceived and new goals set and this all had to be integrated into the system.
Therefore, we are very pleased to inform our customers and partners that our efforts in this critical endeavour have been successful and rewarded. Our discussion with the certification body had a very positive outcome: zero remarks and 3 strengths.
