SAIP brand new plant sold to leading belgian company
A new plant for the insulation of electrical water heaters has been recently supplied by SAIP to a leading Belgian company which, since many years, designs, manufactures and distributes all over the world engineering solutions for hot water generation and for heating applications, in the domestic and commercial markets.
The plant, specially designed and realized on customer’s needs, is completely automated and it is equipped with a high pressure foaming system, suitable to the use of new generation of blowing agents, environmental-friendly.
The foaming machine is equipped with a SAIP new generation of self-cleaning mixing-head (patented technology), with third stream directly in the mixing-head for the blowing agent.
The capacity of the plant is of 30 water heaters per hour; water heaters capacity from 147 to 388 liters.
